I graduated from the University of Newcastle in 2012 with a Bachelor of Business majoring in Human Resource Management. Before joining Skildare in 2021, I built my HR foundation in the financial services sector, progressing from HR Coordinator to HR Business Partner supporting Senior Leaders and Executives.
Since joining Skildare, I’ve broadened my expertise across all areas of HR and gained experience working across diverse industries including Professional Services, Manufacturing, Education, Retail and Community Services.
I’m a passionate HR generalist with experience spanning the full employee lifecycle. I thrive on mentoring and supporting our team, helping build capability and confidence so we can deliver meaningful outcomes for our clients. Relationship-building sits at the heart of my approach—I love partnering closely with clients to deeply understand their business and provide advice that’s practical, strategic and truly tailored.
My recent work has centred on designing and implementing fit-for-purpose people frameworks, particularly those focused on attracting, developing and retaining talent. This includes creating organisation-wide capability frameworks, designing an emerging leaders program, and developing remuneration and pay progression frameworks to recognise and reward strong performance. I’ve also led workforce redesign initiatives to ensure businesses are structured to meet evolving needs.
Alongside this strategic work, I continue to support clients operationally, guiding them through complex employee relations matters including performance management, grievances and workplace investigations.
Outside of work, I’m mum to two gorgeous girls, Sienna and Callie, which means life is a fun (and sometimes chaotic) mix of playdates, social catch-ups and keeping everyone entertained. And when we’re not racing around, we’re usually planning our next getaway with family and friends—somewhere we can switch off, relax, and enjoy the simple things in life (often with a wine in hand).
