This includes supporting women and their children to access emergency shelters, provide supported transitional accommodation, outreach for tenancy at risk and support to maintain safe accommodation.

Skildare has partnered with Nova for Women and Children since February 2021. Reporting to the CEO and Operations Manager, Skildare has assisted Nova for Women and Children by reviewing and updating their HR Framework and governance, as well as continued assistance in staffing, workforce planning and navigating all of the complexities that continue to arise as a result of the COVID-19 pandemic.
