
I graduated with a Master of Marketing from the University of Newcastle in 2021, and I am currently completing a Professional Diploma in Customer Experience to deepen my skills in this growing field. I have more than ten years of experience across marketing, communications, sales, IT and business optimisation, working in industries including aged care, law, construction and IT.
This breadth has allowed me to build a unique skillset in creating customer focused strategies from lead generation through to service and fulfilment. Before joining the Skildare Group, including Molly Morgan Wines, as Head of Marketing and Customer Experience in 2024, I worked as the Head of Product and Experience at one of Australia’s largest conveyancing firms. My work there focused on developing and automating a new practice management system to improve staff efficiency and enhance the overall customer experience.
I’m passionate about marketing psychology and customer experience theory, and I thrive on analysing how the customer journey intersects with business processes and systems. Every day feels like a win when I can introduce improvements that genuinely enhance the customer experience.
I also love developing innovative marketing strategies to attract and retain customers and increasing data visibility to support better business decisions.
Outside of work, I’m a bit of a fitness fanatic, so you’ll usually find me at the gym, trail running or rock climbing. When I’m craving some downtime, I’m often making jewellery, sewing or working on my next craft project.
