With a Bachelor of Commerce majoring in Human Resources andIndustrial Relations, I’ve spent more than 27 years immersed in the world of people, performance, and organisational culture. My career has spannedcorporate HR roles and business ownership, giving me a deep understanding of how people systems shape business outcomes.
Since co‑founding Skildare in 2012, I’ve worked closely with organisations across a wide range of industries, helping leaders and Boards navigate complex workforce challenges with clarity, confidence, and a practical, human‑centred approach.
My strengths lie in influencing behaviour, navigating complex personnel matters, and keeping things simple. I specialise in:
A key achievement, and one I’m incredibly proud of, is building Skildare into a trusted partner for organisations seeking smart, personalised HR solutions. The ability to translate “best practice” into something meaningful and workable for each client is the heart of our success.
Adam and I bought the beautiful Molly Morgan Vineyard in the Hunter Valley in 2023, and let’s just say the learning curve has been steeper than the driveway. We’ve thrown ourselves into farm life, wine production, cellar door sales, accommodation management, basically all the things we had absolutely no prior experience in. It’s been chaotic, hilarious, and incredibly rewarding.
I’m also a proud mum of two young adults who have enthusiastically embraced the perks of having a vineyard in the family. They’ve developed a suspiciously refined taste for good wine, purely out of “supporting the family business,” of course.
