Experience

I hold a Bachelor of Business (Human Resources and Marketing Communications) from the University of Technology Sydney, along with a Certificate IV in Work Health and Safety. I’m also completing my Master of Human Resource Management at the University of Newcastle and look forward to graduating in late 2026.

Since 2019, I’ve had the opportunity to work in a variety of HR and recruitment roles across different industries including retail, aged care and community housing. I genuinely enjoy getting to know the people I work with, building meaningful relationships, and helping clients achieve their goals.

Specialisation and Key Achievements

I have experience across the full employee life cycle, including recruitment, onboarding and offboarding. I’m also skilled in policy development, workplace investigations, workers’ compensation, and work health and safety. I have a keen interest in employee engagement and love exploring what motivates and inspires people in their work.

Some of the key achievements in my career include commissioning recruitment for five new aged care sites and developing a School Based Traineeship Program in partnership with the Department of Education. I enjoy working on projects because they allow me to think creatively, collaborate with others, and see meaningful ideas come to life.

Beyond HR

Outside of work, you’ll usually find me studying, at the gym, or at the dog park with my dog, Bailey. My husband and I love making the most of long weekends by going camping and exploring new places. If I need to wind down, you'll find me watching Kath and Kim or reality TV.
