My HR career spans more than 15 years, with experience across employee relations, industrial relations and generalist HR roles. I hold a Bachelor of Business in Human Resources and a Master of Business Administration, both completed through the University of Newcastle.
Over this time, I’ve worked with organisations across hospitality, education, local government, health, manufacturing and disability support services. This exposure has allowed me to support a wide range of workplaces and develop a strong understanding of the different operational, cultural and people challenges that businesses face.
I bring a practical and business-minded approach to HR, with experience advising leaders, navigating complex workplace matters, and contributing to people initiatives that support organisational goals and sustainable outcomes.
I specialise in employee and industrial relations, with a strong focus on helping clients manage complex workplace matters in a practical and considered way. My experience focuses on workplace investigations, grievances, performance management, disciplinary processes, restructures and terminations.
I enjoy working closely with leaders to understand their business, build strong stakeholder relationships, and providing clear advice that supports fair, compliant and commercially sensible outcomes that are both simple, effective and suitable to client needs.
Outside of work, life is all about my family. I’m mum to my beautiful two-year-old daughter Ruby, who is a passionate singer and dancer, but her strong will very much keeps me on my toes. Together with my partner Andrew, we love getting outdoors whenever we can — whether it’s the park, a beach session, or a wander through the bush to unwind. When I manage to get a little time of my own, you’ll usually find me at the gym or catching up with friends — both essential for keeping me sane.
