Before joining Skildare, I managed the people and culture functions for a local training organisation, bringing over three years of experience in generalist and administrative HR. I hold a Diploma of Leadership and Management and Certificate IV in Human Resources Management. I am currently working towards my HR Diploma, with plans for tertiary-level study in the future.
My HR interests include policy development, recruitment, and remuneration. I particularly enjoy writing formal communications and documents that help shape and strengthen internal systems, frameworks, and processes.
A key achievement for me has been landing the role at Skildare!
Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my partner Matt, and going out with friends to enjoy local restaurants and bars. I love relaxing with horror movies or good books.
