Before joining Skildare, I worked across roles that combined administration, digital systems and marketing, which sparked my interest in how businesses use systems, data and communication to operate more effectively. My experience includes supporting teams and clients through improved workflows, better data visibility and the practical use of digital platforms.
Coming from a marketing background, I enjoy understanding an audience and how people interact with systems, processes and information. This perspective helps me approach problems with both an analytical and creative mindset, allowing me to develop solutions that are not only structured and efficient but also intuitive and practical for the people using them.
In my role as Systems and Administration Officer, I support the organisation by maintaining internal systems, improving processes and helping ensure teams have the tools and information they need to work efficiently.
My main interests lie in business systems, process optimisation and improving how information flows across an organisation. I enjoy analysing how systems connect and identifying opportunities to simplify workflows and create more streamlined solutions.
I’m particularly interested in the intersection between structure and creativity combining logical systems thinking with creative problem solving to develop tailored solutions that support both teams and business goals. Drawing on my marketing background, I focus on designing systems and processes that are intuitive and practical for the people using them every day.
Outside of work, I enjoy staying active, whether that’s spending time at the gym, heading to the beach or exploring nature. I also love trying new things, diving into the occasional creative project and catching up with friends and family.
